Online Order Only Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing products from Studio Yarn, we are pleased you chose us!

If for any reason your item is unwanted and you wish to return your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of your original order, you can do this by emailing jules@studioyarn.co.uk, quoting your order number, name, address and a brief reason for the return. We will then give you clear instructions on where to return your item and other relevant instructions, unfortunately shipping costs cannot be refunded once an order has been despatched. Please obtain proof of postage when returning an order.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you will need to return the product after contacting us as soon as possible and no later than 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Should any goods you receive from us prove to be faulty, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer, please contact us at jules@studioyarn.co.uk
